Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chart Audit Specialist. The Chart Audit Specialist will be responsible for auditing patient medical records, identifying documentation errors, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining the Golden Thread in documentation compliance. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing patient health records, conducting detailed assessments, and collaborating with the tech team to unlock revenue potential and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Auditing experience
- Proficiency in Using MS Excell, MS Word and MS Outlook
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
